Erika’s Dance Studio was established in 2008 starting only as a summer camp, and has now exploded into a full blown dance facility. With a wide variety of options for regular classes, private lessons, camps, and extra routine choreography, there is something for EVERYONE!
Erika Fox, Erika’s Dance Studio Founder and Instructor
I have been dancing for 23 years. As a young girl I was exposed to many different styles of dance. I began my training in ballet with the Utah Regional Ballet and then learned to love jazz, hip hop and lyrical while dancing at The Dance Club.
As a freshman in high school, I joined the Lehi Drill Team and over the next four years received many awards and gained invaluable experience. As a team we won three region titles and finished top 5 in state. On a personal level, I was honored with the All Region award and participated in solo and duet routines. As a junior I served as an officer on the team and during my senior year I served as a captain.
Upon graduation of Lehi High School, I took my experience and love for dance and formed The Dance Studio. Over the next few years I enjoyed teaching children and expanded my training. I was the assistant coach of the Lehi Drill Team in 2010, choreographed solos for many dancers including contestants in the Miss Lehi pageant. Over the past 5 years I have been able to choreograph the Production Number of the Miss Lehi Pageant. In 2012, I graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Family Studies. My true passion is passing on my love for dance to girls of all ages.

I graduated Lehi high school with the class of 2016 and I will be a freshman at Utah Valley University this fall. I have been dancing for 13 years. I was a member of a competition team at Dance Showcase Company, while I danced on the Lehi High School Drill Team and Dance Company. Abby Anderson, Instructor and Choreographer
I have been dancing for 16 years, mainly at American Expression of Dance. I was on the Lehi High School Dance Company for 3 years, and was able to be the choreographer for 2 of those years. I loved learning how to push myself to think outside of the box and to come up with new choreography. Dance company helped me grow to love improv, which means that you come up with your own movement on the spot. I have been teaching for 4 years. I have been trained in ballet, jazz, technique, contemporary, tap, hip hop, lyrical, and modern. I am currently enrolled in Utah Valley University studying Nursing. I have had the privilege of teaching at EDS this past year and look forward to another great year!
